Survey Instrument Operator

• An Instrument Operator operates and maintains the equipment for GPS and/or conventional survey projects. Operating within survey policies, guidelines, and procedures, the Instrument Operator collects the survey data as instructed by the Survey Crew Chief. This is an outdoor job. Survey Crew Chief

• The Survey Crew Chief supervises and participates in all activities carried out by the survey crew. Operates within survey policies, guidelines, and procedures. Acts under guidance of Legal Land Surveyor. This position requires job planning and the ability to organize job and crew. Monitors crew to ensure quality of work. This is an outdooe job.
